Refund Policy

Order Cancellation and Modifications
We are excited to have you as a customer at THEDENIMTEARSHOP. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, we ask that you act quickly. We process orders very efficiently, and once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has been paid for and you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours.
  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 6.9% of the order value plus $1 will apply due to payment gateway and shipping-related fees.
    Once packaging and shipping have begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring your experience with us is positive.
Refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be requested under the following conditions:

  • If your order has not arrived within the guaranteed timeframe (45 business days, excluding 2-5 days for processing).
  • If you received the wrong order or your product is damaged, we will process a refund or exchange within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
    To request a refund or exchange, please provide the following:
  • Clear photos or videos of the defective product
  • Your order number and contact details.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • In the case of product defects or incorrect orders, we will cover the shipping costs for exchanges or returns.
  • For returns due to a change of mind or wrong size, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or 14 days after delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and parts.
  • Returns should be postpaid (at the customer’s expense).
  • If the item is returned due to size issues, the customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping fees.

Please note:

  • Refunds will not be issued if:
    • The order did not arrive due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
    • The order was delayed or not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance issues or natural disasters).
    • Products are returned outside the allowable return period or are used or damaged.
    • Certain items like shoes, hoodies, T-shirts, and sweatshirts have a country-specific size chart. We will not issue a refund for incorrect size selection.
    • Electronic items are not eligible for refunds.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.

Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@thedenimtearshop.com.
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note, depending on your card issuer, it may take 1-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
  • You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items to us.
  • To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, details of the items, and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide our return address.

Exchange Policy

  • If an item is undelivered due to an error on the part of the shipping carrier (e.g., lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address), we will send a replacement order at no additional cost. This does not apply to cases of delayed delivery.
  • For orders where the wrong shipping address was provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid this issue.

Exclusions from Refunds or Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Pre-order and custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Orders in transit cannot be canceled.
  • The customer provided incorrect information, resulting in delivery failure.
  • Items are held by customs or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Returns are made after the return period or without prior notification to us.

Order Delivery Failure
If we are notified of a delivery failure by the carrier, we will contact you promptly by email to resolve the issue.
